Volunteers are the lifeblood of RAWCS Projects

volunteer uganda 2016Being a RAWCS Volunteer can be one of the most rewarding experiences of your life; you can make new friends in other countries and you will form close bonds with your team members.

There are many projects you could volunteer some of your time towards and some RAWCS projects provide opportunities for volunteers to travel to the project country and work directly on the project.

RAWCS projects are all managed by members of sponsor Rotary Clubs volunteering their time to do this important community work. Participation by other Rotarians and by members of the public are welcome.

How to become a RAWCS/Rotary volunteer

RAWCS aims to make the process easy for volunteers and Rotary Clubs to become involved, join a team, register online and experience a RAWCS volunteer trip that will be remembered all of your life.

To volunteer for overseas service as a RAWCS/Rotary volunteer, search the current list of RAWCS Projects requiring volunteers and contact the Project Manager to request a place on the team. The Project Manager must invite each volunteer by email to login to the Volunteer website to complete the online registration documentation and upload the requested documents.
